On December 21, PSG Tech Alumni (2008) and Gold Medalist Mr. S. Vijay Rampal, Founder of Yogavanam, led a transformative yoga session at Kaar Tech, 9th Floor. Participants engaged in energizing stretches, flow sequences, deep relaxation, breathwork, and meditation, creating a rejuvenating experience for mind and body. The event emphasized holistic well-being, allowing attendees to explore yoga’s transformative potential. With mats rolled out and spirits high, the session left everyone feeling refreshed and inspired. This enriching experience showcased the power of yoga, guided by the expertise of a passionate alumnus.

Esteemed alumni explored the relevance of Thiruvalluvar’s timeless teachings in today’s world, offering fresh perspectives and meaningful insights. Held online from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the session inspired attendees to reflect on how his wisdom can guide modern living. This thought-provoking event brought together the PSGTAACC family for a celebration of cultural heritage and intellectual exchange.

Walkathon

On Feb 4, 2024, the Walk For a Cause unfolded at T.Nagar Somasundaram Grounds. Alumni assembled at 5:30 am to embark on a 5 km journey through GN Chetty Road, Pondy Bazar, Vani Mahal, and back. The morning commenced with a warm-up at 5:45 am, and the walk kicked off at 6:00 am. Participants refreshed at the 1.5 km mark, enjoyed a complimentary breakfast at 7:15 am, and received caps and participation certificates. The exclusive PSGTAACC Walkathon Tee Shirt was available for Rs. 450.
